Cancelling within 1 hour of a confirmed booking's start incurs a 50% reservation hold fee, credited to the host.

Yes. Cancel up to 1 hour before the start time for a 100% refund. Within the last hour, a 50% reservation hold fee applies and is credited to the host. See the cancellation policy above.

Choose "I want to host", register, and complete KYC. Then create a listing with photos, your hourly price, available hours, facilities and the vehicle types you can fit.

Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet. You can see your balance and history on the dashboard and request a withdrawal from the withdraw screen.

Absolutely. You can switch roles anytime — park today, host tomorrow, all from the same account.

Use "Report an issue" in the app and attach photos. Bookings that have already started are handled through issue reporting.
