Host responsibilities
Hosts represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to list and allow parking at the specified premises. Hosts must provide accurate pricing, availability, and address information.
Booking & fees
The booking quote determines the amount paid from the guest wallet. Platform commission is deducted when completed-booking earnings are credited to the host wallet. Withdrawals require an enabled payout service and are unavailable until that service is configured.
Limitation of liability
SequureSpot is a technology platform connecting hosts and vehicle owners. SequureSpot does not assume liability for damages, theft, or disputes arising directly between parties on site.
